Those episodes are the one that fulfill the anime and in them there's nothing going on important for the story. Like OVA's..
Naruto, Bleach and these anime with so much episodes have a lot of fillers, and they are usually used to slow down the story so manga can catch up.
Do you like them or they're just bothersome?
